Horrible experience with the sales staff. I showed up to inquire about prices of cars I saw in the lot. I immediately got short and impatient service to my questions about BMW, Audi, and Porsche models. The sales man didn't seem interested in helping me at all, even though no other customers were there. When inquiring about financing he insisted there was no way I could get it.

When leaving, he yelled at me and accused me of being a "fake" customer because I showed up on a bicycle. He said "I'm not stupid, you are pretending to be a customer so you can lock your bike up here". "If you do that again YOU'LL BE SORRY".

Compare that to another German car dealership down the road, with a bicycle rack, friendly service, and a great selection. Don't waste your time here.
