Came here ordered 3 gimlets that were barely passed the ice full on a rocks glass. Then I ordered a beer and because I put an x on my signature and not my name I got kicked out. Yes, the bartender kicked me out because I didn't sign my name on the receipt. I just want to let the bartender know who served me that you took care of two bartenders who got off work and came here on a recommendation. We work in downtown Campbell idk how you do it in Sunnyvale but I guess customer service is out the window. Remember folks a tip is earned not expected. This is coming from someone who makes there living in the service industry. Next time how about you take a little more time and do your job right. Thanks.
