However, if you are looking for professional, friendly, awesome people to work with during your recovery, you can't find a better pair to work with than Dr Phil and Dr Nancy at SC Fitness, Sunnyvale. They showed great care and attention to address all my questions and concerns about my Achilles recovery, each and every visit - I had many. Just truly awesome people to have in your corner when dealing with physical recovery and if you have to spend some time retraining your body to do something, might as well surround yourself with the best people possible. I definitely could not have returned to the volleyball court without their care, guidance, laughs, and continued challenges they all gave me throughout my recovery from limping in on day one to jumping out the door on the last. Also, the Doctors are just part of the entire team at the Sunnyvale location. Lauren and Jay both greatly contributed to making my recovery process both fun and challenging every visit. Encouraging and demanding - they keep you on point with running your workout. Sharon was always welcoming with a hello and a smile as well and great helping to find me open slots (book early, this PT team is under high demand!). Great organization, great facility, and really great people that honestly care about your recovery and getting you back to 100%.
